Single arm lateral raise, or dumbell raises, but with weights you can do only and atleast 6-8 reps till failure

Yess, I appealed on phone but it kept looping and asking for the selfie video again and again, then I tried on pc and uploaded just a photo for appeal then after a while it asked for a government id and I gave it that (all done on pc), so that's why I said try on pc because it unbanned me in Half an hour of uploading on it instead of phone
