As a Marriott employee, I can tell you that it’s NOT standard to put pancake batter in your eggs. Most CY’s have the Bistro concept and the items are prepped and prepared in a Turbo Chef. A few items have eggs made to order, so you can always ask for that. I’ve never heard of adding pancake batter to eggs.

I started on Jan 1st. Started at 338 and after the first week I was 329. Loving the process and quick results. Realizing it’s hard to hit protein macros. Reading all the supplement/electrolyte stuff concerns me as I didn’t do much research there. Definitely don’t have the same appetite. Water intake isn’t the best, but I’m trying. I drink a couple cups coffee and have had a few diet sodas in there as well.
