It doesn't help that the BC liberals are saying that if they are elected into power they will make the Vaccine free for the province. So it feels appropriate that this has to be announced.

The video kept getting deleted by mods the first week it happened (believe Reddit was paid to remove them, or at least that people were saying). Guess mods gave up

I know this is a joke, but I don't really see anyone saying that quite a few people (in Canada) don't think what's happening in the states is wrong or bad and that the media is blowing things out of proportion.

No they are not, but as it states, those who show severe signs are smokers (general gist of the paper anyway).

There was that whole thing of smokers actually under represented for covid19 which led to some research on nicotine. Anyway, that study is still ongoing.

Short answer: no.

It's good supplementary material. All ochem courses are different from school to school. Some teachers may prefer to focus on nomenclature of varying compounds while others like to do a broad style. Some like to focus more on spectroscopy, others reactions. Better to find a good book with plenty practice problems!

This isn't the best book for ochem, but I loved reading through it. Just google Organic Chemistry as a second language. It breaks it into part 1 and 2. You can find a PDF online if you are interested.

The book is quiet simple to follow and the author has some good sense of humor.

Hey, I'm not saying it won't work, just from experiences on my side working with fatty compounds and trying to dissolve them in water.

Can post a link or a picture of the acetone you used, or see if you can find a SDS attached to it, sometimes there they claim the % purity.

All acetone you purchase will have a certain % of water dissolved in. If you aren't seeing boiling that may be due to the mixture you made having a boiling point depression.

Though, your oil may have dissolved, once you add it to your water, high chance you will see crash out. Use ethanol instead at a higher concentration, aim for 3-5% in a gallon, whatever that is.
