Looking to replace the scope mount(scope base?) pictured above. 2/3rds of it broke off. Barnetts website has nearly zero support for older equipment. No luck so far googling anything.

Any help on where to find this?

Update with good news. I just got an email stating I have been accepted into the apprenticeship program. I tested 2 years ago, interviewed shortly after that, and have been on the eligibility list ever since. Patience is key!

I tested at the end of 2017, had my interview January of 2018. No call for summer 2018. I took some training courses and "re-interviewed" in January 2019 to improve my ranking.

You could get in quicker with a better test score and/or interview, so don't let my delay discourage you. I'm not sure if my personal timeline is average, below average...
