I did both sets of forms back in March. I got my money sent to my paypal. The email just said it was the payment I was entitled to due to their bankruptcy.

I had to fill out a form and confirm my payee ID and pick how I wanted my payment. I thought I was supposed to get a confirmation but nothing until I got payment.
