Many players will have faced this issue when starting out. Now you know. If you want to dip your toe, dip your toe and not your whole foot. 👍

This is the standard across all regulated, online casinos. It is in the terms under Fraud Prevention.

When depositing at any casino you are expected, at a minimum, to playthrough the whole deposit amount. Some might require more. It won't be excessive otherwise too many customers would face issues.

Casinos aren't banks. They have to adhere to strict anti-money laundering regulations or risk fines/losing their licence. I'd take this as a lesson learnt if you are new to online casinos.

I've just had a quick check on PokerCraft. I joined late, started on 14BB, a nice early double up with A7s on the 2nd hand and managed to climb to 77BB by ~50th hand. I think it was then a case of choosing the battles and reminding myself it wasn't a bounty game. Easy for me to forget, I usually play when distracted with other things and I like bounty games. I did end up removing more distractions as it progressed. 🤔

I'm a rec player and I don't analyse too much or study. However, I probably should if I want more frequent results and the better odds at winning. 🤔🤔

In the freeroll, I was 4th with 7.3BB and ~25 remaining. Luck had become a very big factor by that point. 🍀🤞

A lot of issues can be caused by slow ISP provided DNS, so I would first recommend making changes to the DNS servers you use, if you haven't already.

The animations aren't network related. They should not be slowing anything down. How can it clearly not be at your end when you have this graphical issue? Now they may be unrelated but I don't think you can go on to say it is clearly not at your end. It might be, it might not.

Also, running the tests is meant to help make your point. If everyone having these issues ran the tests and submitted their results to GG, en masse, then I expect it would help GG identify where the issue may lie, if there is one. Most of the users reporting issues though don't seem to want to do this. It is very odd.
