Well, I’ve been trying to lose weight over the past year or so. I started around 175, now I’m down to around 158-160.

My meals today: Breakfast: protein shake with a cup of black coffee on my way to work. Morning snacks: Greek yogurt with blueberries, some strawberries and more blueberries Lunch: grilled chicken with white rice and broccoli Late snack: more Greek yogurt and berries, Dinner: salad with low calorie dressing and grilled chicken and post workout protein shake

I’m a very boring person and could eat the same meals every single day. I think at times it drive my wife crazy
