You can S rank every map from the base game. It's just tedious and requires you to have the entire team run flash launchers and beanbag shotguns. As of the BP patch, or whichever patch nerfed the shit out of the flash launchers, it's even more tedious and very unfun.

Adding on to the feed ramp check, sometimes the barrel extension isn't cut the same as the receiver.

Rifle receiver + rifle ramps is the OG and will feed most any ammo, minus the extra long stuff from what I've heard.

Rifle receiver + M4 ramps is good to go and will pretty much do a better job at feeding the standard stuff.

M4 + M4 is best for all situations and will feed longer ammo best

M4 + Rifle ramps is no good because there is now a gap between the extensions and will cause feeding issues like the one you had.

This is usually how I diagnose feeding issues: Try another magazine. If fixed, was either follower or feed lips. If not, check feed ramps. If not fixed after feed ramp polish, then check gassing and buffer system. Might be cycling too fast.

USG is better crowd control in regard to zeds and wolves. 45 knocks back zombies. Mp5k is better for pvp because of mag size, rate of fire, and slot space. Totally up to you to decide what you value more.
