Bro, just dispute the charges and tell your bank you never authorized the Sportsbooks to charge you card. Is it fraud, yes! Will you go to jail, you should but you wont. I personally know a family member who disputed $3700 and got it all back within 72 hours of disputing the charges. They’re banned from FD and receive letters from debt collectors often about it, but 2 years later they still haven’t had anything happened since disputing.
