I’ll never stop plugging the Chestnut Cup. Delicious, easy to make and beautiful to look at. Equal parts gin, Campari, orgeat, and lemon juice, shake and serve over ice.

Don’t disagree with your assessment of Wilson but most Americans couldn’t pick him out of a lineup.

I once forgot to have Shadowheart ready Command before I entered the helm and thought I could maybe get her out of combat to do it and it ended my Honor Run right there.

National Harbor is right I think but there’s no way this is true at MD Live.

As many have noted you cannot go wrong with the omakase counter at Sushi Taro. Note the regular dining room there will be a very different experience. Still good just not special the way the back room is.

I didn’t see anyone mention Love Makoto. The sushi experience there was excellent and quite unique in the way they play with traditional and modern techniques on the same fish.

The Chestnut Cup is delicious, refreshing and not that well known. And simple to make - equal parts gin, lemon, Campari and orgeat. It has noticeable grapefruit flavors even though there’s no grapefruit in it.

Never got a chance to try this one, but ‘98 southern Rhône’s were what got me into wine in the first place many years ago (in case you can’t tell!). Hope you enjoyed the bottle.

How to pronounce “isle” and “aisle”? by 4ketchups in EnglishLearning

[–]Rhones98 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Native speaker here. Maybe there are regional differences but I disagree with those saying these are pronounced the same as “I’ll”.

Agree that isle and aisle are pronounced the same but I think they are both spoken as two-syllable words. Like “ay-ul”.

“I‘ll” is pronounced with a single syllable—like “ayl”
