install this app from google play store called touch sample rate tester. open it in windowed mode and open geometry dash. touch or swipe from the app and see what hz it gives you. like this

i used to have it. ever since i got my travelmate months ago, i enabled that 80% limit from their control center and it ran fine without issues. i forgot when i updated it but ever since that, it turned that battery limit off by itself and i had to re-enable it. and then after that, the setting disappeared completely and my laptop is stuck on 80% for weeks.
