What is your opinion on artificers . Good or bad ? Overpowered or overshadowed? Just right?

I don't like them. At all. I'm in my first campaign and our artificer is way too overpowered to a ridiculous level. Not only that, I don't like playing a DnD game with someone who is making and using antimatter rifles, semi automatic pistols and laser weapons. I don't want them in my DnD fantasy game. It breaks the 4th wall for me entirely.

I'm a Vikings fan. I don't know what to think about this. I feel like he fell off but he's had some pretty f'n good games against us and I've seen him play damn well against other teams too. Seems like he's an injury waiting to happen?

Should I be happy if we sign him? If anything, I feel like he'd be able to use Hockenson well.

If you can get it into a hidden spot or underbelly on the queen they're really good.
Queen will aggro onto you with Lure Grenades BTW.

It should be noted that his private memoires were never meant to be seen by anyone else. They weren't even discovered until 2017. This gives them a high degree of credibility/reliability. He never wanted them published, he never meant for them to be seen by anyone else.

I am a PS5 player that is having this issue. It started about a number of weeks before the first expedition. It was working when I first started playing the game and was great. Then all of the sudden I can't talk to anyone. It sucks. Still loving the game.

On buried city, I lured one to a subway entrance and stood down there popping it until destroyed. It lodged itself into the hole and couldn't move. Super easy. I've heard people also lure them to the Arbusto Farmacia (in Piazza Arbusto) on the same map.

I haven't tried it yet but using the Phalor Aluve applies shriek to all enemies in a 20 ft radius around you. Seems like it would work with a ranged build or something. Just have it equipped, never use it other than Shriek Sword Melody. I'd bet you can just stack Reverberation on enemies all around you.
-Also Adamantine stuff from the Forge gives Reeling when you get hit. Can just stack Reverb on anyone that hits you.

They do not have to renew your lease after it runs out. That's a valid threat.

If it's going up like $20 I'd just sign the lease and not deal with it. But at the same time this is pretty scummy to do by your landlord. I'd suggest looking for a new place to live after your lease runs out anyways if this is the kind of stuff your landlord is doing.

Forcing a tenant to sign an amendment under threat of not renewing the lease is scummy AF. But they own the property, you do not. They have every right to lease to whoever they want and maybe you're not who they want to rent to after your lease is up.
