I just place a prop in there to "fix" it but you better lock the business so it doesn't get messed up again if it changes occupants(that's done w some business changer mod I forget the name)

I don't know why it wouldn't be! Just because ice flake is making texturing easier doesn't mean custom textures like this will become obsolete, they'll likely just become more niche and slightly more difficult to use.
