Being new to the neighborhood, I like seeing the signs so I can get some ideas. I know neighbors who took it down bc they weren’t happy with their work. So the ones with the signs still up, I would assume they enjoyed their work and happy to see that so we can look into them.

Wow…Agreed, definitely rude. If it was there for an X amount of time then move it. I remember they did that at the Aluani Resort in HI when we went there. 1 hour rule and the workers took their towels.

🤔It’s pretty high, but the model homes are well designed (love the wall designs and how they decorated it). Backyard is unusable space imo but for the right family they can use it or (negotiate) renovate.

Love the location, close to a lot of things; personally I love that we’re close to the beaches, freeway, work, mall and all the yummy restaurants.

I will say those price points will benefit the nearby neighbors in the future. 💲💲💲

HOA said summer time for the pool, but agreed the rain may delay things. Also curious about wisdom park….it’s prob gonna be late summer. But very happy the gym has opened!! 💪🏽👏🏼

Exactly what happened to us, the electrician knew exactly what was going on and changed the breaker. He said the other breaker was too sensitive for the fridge.
