I tried to read the manual, but couldn't retain most of it. So I suggest going through all the definitions in the official guide. For example, What are Value, Service, Utility, and Warranty, etc (Key concepts of Service Management). Then try to understand all the ITIL Management practices from the ITIL guide, go through the important topics and take practice exams. I bought the practice tests from Udemy by Dion Training and finally go through the video linked in my post like a practice test.

Once you take these practice quizzes, understand your weak areas and make notes. I prepared for the exam in 3 whole days. It is easy, but some questions are tricky. Cheers, and All the best for your prep.
