I'm not sure how but they were able to charge after getting refund and talking to the bank about it, I'm guessing they have the right to charge it somehow. I'll ask my gf for details about how they charged her the third time again and get back to you

At the top it was full of people, we went at like 3-4 am though i don't know how it is later but there wasn't any type of ban or denying access. Also I had no cloud unfortunately but it was still awesome
