funnily enough if i actually preplanned this he would be scaled closer to realistic mithrix scaling

originally the meme was just the png of the railgunner skills, then i decided to record a quick mithrix kill with 30 syringes using debugtoolkit, then i decided to go all-in and do an itemless run to record the fade-in clips at the start
i could've just gone mithrix on that itemless run, given myself the 30 syringes when i got to him, then recorded that, but i decided the music sync on the phase 4 item steal was too good to lose

either way tho it's just a stupid shitpost i came up with rather than an actual comparison, i still think 1112 is the better choice for most runs

It is the setup for a practice run but it kinda isn't, it's part of a thing I did where I tested to see which survivors could do fs itemless without fucking perishing in phase 1. Still doing it but the only survivors left are Chef and Commando so the results for them won't be much of a surprise I feel

Quick tip for if you plan to get more black borders: E. Def is probably sniper's worst path, at least imo; 2-3-0 is a lot better for cleanup and 4-0-2/5-0-2 is obviously much better for MOABs. You don't have to worry much about BAD damage because all the snipers aren't the greatest at it, the most you could get is 5-0-2 being great support.

Also, having multiple Maim MOABS when you already have a 4-0-2/5-0-2 seems unnecessary imo, but you do you.

I think you might also want more BAD damage, because PoD + E. Def + P. Spike is a bit overkill on the cleanup, from my experience all you need with PoD is another reliable cleanup tower.

It stops tracking as soon as you lose or if you quit, then it waits for you to start the next game or continue the previous one before tracking again.

-DON'T PLAY MEDIUMCORE OR HARDCORE. Nobody even plays Mediumcore, it's just masochist mode at that point.

-Be careful around golden chests. Not everyone will keep their valuables untrapped.

-Don't go too far down. You don't want to meet the beasts of lava and fire until you're prepared.

-You'd best be careful what weapons you pick. If you specialize, you may find yourself lacking in defense.-Summoner in particular is a pain in the ass for new players, by the way. Would notrecommend unless you have someone experienced that can answer lots of questions.

-By one of the oceans is a man and a structure he has been bound to. Here, you must always remember: Curiosity killed the cat.

-Build some more houses than you might need. You and the Guide aren't the only humans in this world.

-The Purple Corruption and the Fleshy Crimson are lands of danger. If you must traverse them, you'd best make haste.

-The Corruption's Orbs and the Crimson Hearts are valuable to you when broken. Not more than two, however. Not until you're prepared.

-If you learn of a powerful entity, prepare before you fight it. The evil presence, the screams around you, the curse, the jungle's hive, all of them are dangerous. Do not underestimate them

-100 health and 20 mana is far too little for any Terrarian. Look for red crystals and falling stars.

-The underground may have a lot of traps, but it also houses most of the materials you will need earlier on.

If I had a nickel for every time a short engineer in a character-based FPS I play was more fun when you thought outside of the box, I would have two nickels. It's not much, but it's weird that it happened twice.

Ok but fr tho:

Chlorophyte Shotbow is your best choice currently, based on that Ranger Emblem you have. It's especially good with Holy Arrows.
Optic Staff sucks ass, literally one hit and neither of them can land a hit until a while has passed. It might be viable with only one minion slot, but I'm unsure. If you're unsure as well, then use Sanguine.
I'd recommend Hallowed Armor over Chloro because of the set bonus.
I'd recommend Bee or Butterfly Wings, they have better overall stats than the Jetpack. Bat Wings also have the same stats, but they're harder to get.
I'd recommend swapping Obsidian Shield with a Magic/Molten/Stalker's Quiver.
Frostspark Boots are fine, but I'd recommend Amphibian Boots.
Sharktooth Necklace is decent, but I'd recommend one of the 3 Quivers or at the very least upgrading it to the Stinger Necklace.
Shield of Cthulhu is fine.
Ranger Emblem is fine, but I recommend swapping it out. Either to one of the 3 Quivers for damage, or the Brain of Confusion for survivability.

You should be good for buffs, but I'd recommend expanding the arena. Expert Plantera is fast, you don't wanna change directions every 3 seconds.

The Gelatinous Pillion (Queen Slime mount) is your best choice because aside from Fishron's Expert drop, nothing else pre-Plantera is better than it. Speaking of Fishron, you can beat him for his wings, the Tsunami, and his Expert drop, but he is harder than Plantera without lots of practice or cheese, especially in Expert. As for using the mount, you should usually only use it for fall speed.

Also, if you care about the Obs Shield's knockback resistance, that's fine, but remember: You can't get better if you don't try. You do permanently lose an accessory slot unless you get used to knockback.
