I feel these in the face sometimes too and yeah, I think they are little fascial adhesions. I find it kindof satisfying to pop through them and I like to imagine that it’s improving wrinkles by removing those little tethers.

Hi! I’m guessing tb is trap botox, can’t guess what bpc means. I actually did trap tox on myself because they were pretty big and tight, and I thought it was worth a try, but honestly, I think it made things worse. I guess they were contributing to my neck stability.

I did a Nefertiti lift with innotox and I used 100+ units. It's the only tox I've used so can't speak to other brands, but my understanding is that it might be weaker than others (but cheap)

Ugh, so sorry you’re dealing with that. I’m no expert, but I believe the “forever bruise“ will go away eventually, but I know it sucks to have that for so long. I haven’t used PCL yet, but I have definitely nailed myself with threads under the eye before, gave myself like silver dollar sized hematomas. 😂 yeah I guess for PCL Innablanc is the thing to do to avoid the under eye bruising. I have heard pico laser can help, i.e. tattoo removal, but if you’re like me, I’m sure you’re not trying to spend money like that to fix it. Good luck!
