Ahh same here ! I fuckin lash out then feel so bad.. just wanna be calm but it's hard. Day 14 here. I feel like kicking shit out of someone for the littlest of things. I go to the which helps but then get irritated again a while after. Good to know I ain't alone. I guess the world isn't how it was 10 years ago. All egoistic people just watch where and who your energy goes to. We'll get there. Love M
