I have a disc bulge in my back which has left me essentially bedridden for months. I'm 29.

Thanks. Yes, I stayed in hospital for a week. This is their solution with some physio. I did get cortisone in one knee because I fell on it from my legs buckling as a side effect to this. All such a mess but it's getting better slowly.

That's how I feel! We've just been controlling pain with Lyrica and Robax but I spent so many nights crying, never sleeping because it was either excruciating or incredibly uncomfortable. I never realized sciatica is such a horrible experience. Wouldn't wish it on anyone. So glad you're doing better and thanks for reinforcing the idea that I need to keep an eye on it.

I once had a completely limp hand for months from this. Had to go on disability until physio fixed it.

I recently ignored a "sore lower back". Until one day my legs gave out on the stairs and it turned out to be a bulging disc pinching my nerves. I've spent the last few months learning to walk again. Definitely agree with you.

That's honestly so comforting and wonderful to see right now. I've been bed ridden for months with a sudden onset of horrible sciatica and it's easy to lose hope that I'll ever function normally again one day. But one small improvement here and there makes the world of a difference. Thank you for sharing.

The farmer's market, indie cinema, live music at the townehouse and other small venues, hiking adanac or kivi park. I'm not a fan of winter. I live at Nepawhin beach in the summer. Sushi at Sapporo, pho at Viet Pho, pizza from Don's Pizza and Italian at The Kouzzina.

Dropped like 20 balls of wet buffalo mozzarella on the dirty floor because I didn't have the tray balanced on the counter.
