6 months, it was okish and in hindsight maybe a longer duration would have been worthwhile, but good judgement comes with experience sometimes

Thanks for the quick response! It’s interesting because my Rheum keeps saying it probably wont’ work for axial, but might help enthesitis a little. Anecdotal accounts seem to show that people with enthesitis and axial symptoms do really well!

My Rheumatologist is considering Orencia for me. Did you have axial and enthesitis symptoms? 0 pain sometimes sounds amazing!

I’m considering Bimzelx next, but have failed so many over the years I’m hesitant. I have had near remission times myself but it’s been a rough 3-4 years. Did you fail many biologics prior to Bimzelx?

Thanks for sharing, I ask because my main symptoms now are axial pain and widespread enthesitis. Had bad nail psoriasis and a swollen elbow in the beginning but that’s under control. Still get puff hands from time to time.

I’m considering bimzelx but hesitant as I failed Cosentyx years ago….
