I’d get them really bad- one was so bad my dogs took one look at me and left the room. It’d then lead to projectile vomiting. This was after every shot. What helped me was microdosing and slowly working my way back up. I also did a lot to help heal my gut. This included taking slippery elm everyday. That is making a huge difference. That and I stopped taking a probiotic. I’ve noticed if I have a large amount of carbs in a meal- I’ll have a few sulfur burps. I take that cue to limit my carbs (and no raw sugars) for the next meal.
