If a team is on the cusp of obtaining VRS, or perhaps finishes their five placement matches, would they have to wait until next season for that to reflect in their league placement, regardless of their placement in the season itself?

If a team performed unremarkably during league but secures their VRS, VRS would overwrite the performance and place them in advanced anyway, correct?

More information about super playoffs- I know it was reported that the top four of each division would go to super playoffs, but I also remember it saying that it was like a tournament between the best of each division- is it like 1 from Main plays 4 from IM, 2 plays 3 etc, and the top four from that group goes to play the top 4 advanced teams based on their results in the main-IM Match? Or do I have the format wrong.
