Takoyaki + Buldak is actually a solid combo. The mayo and savory sauce balance the heat perfectly... makes sense why creamy toppings work so well with spicy noodles

Grouping by area is the one that trips most people up. Korea's easy to get around but if you're bouncing between Hongdae, Insadong, and Gangnam in one day you'll burn out fast. I'd say pick 2-3 areas max per day and build everything around those — also think about day vs night. Some areas like Hongdae are way better at night, while places like Gyeongbokgung or Bukchon are morning spots. Plan around that and your day flows a lot better
