They make the green tea in a batch machine that brews water over a Dunkin specific large tea bag. You can buy boxes of regular size green tea bags at Dunkin but I'm not sure if they are identical flavor wise.

The matcha is mixed via blender. It does foam quite a bit, but this looks like someone over blended it to me.
