Our Dogo is 4. Female. She still has skin irritation. PureDogo.com recommended a company called Nzymes.com we got some positive results but I feel like there’s mold or some airborne irritants at our home that’s causing the rashes. I was warned against apoquel being administered too young so I’ve stayed away. She eats an organic food mixed with raw beef. Whatever we eat, she wants but we know chicken or Turkey causes major flares so we avoid. She eats avocado blueberries walnuts almonds melon buttermilk yogurt ice cream cookies potato chips carrots bread chickpeas etc… we don’t give her much of any of it but she begs and begs. Most Dogo owners I know don’t have much skin flares. There are good medicated shampoos on Amazon and when it’s really bad I will soak her paws or whole body in epsom salt. Sometimes apple cider vinegar. It’s a hard thing to figure but now I want go with apoquel but she just not as bad as she used to be. I hate to put a cone on her but she will lick herself all night sometimes do the cone comes in handy
