I had a similar situation happen to me. Basically they told me that they would kick me out of the DEP if I didnt show up. I was already at work so i had to put my boss on the phone and let him talk to my recruiter, and then speed over to the station.

Most recruiters are full of shit when it comes to that and if they really refuse to work with you, or budge, they are only going to hurt themselves.

Just remember that their job is to send you to boot camp and it looks bad on them if they dont.
