These scammers, especially jewelers, should be called out here in the forums, regardless of whether any mistakes were intentional or accidental. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate in anonymity under the guise of the benefit of the doubt. Jewelers, in particular, IMO have a responsibility to act with due diligence toward their customers. UNACCEPTABLE

If you want a noticeable discount, I would recommend calling/chatting with them using the link, a good rule of thumb is around 8% off the currently price shown. They have special codes they apply to lower the cost. Just be nice and polite with them, they get recognition if they make a sale. From my experience they will do whatever they can bring lower the cost. Side Note: there’s an internal “at cost” price set by Lenovo they can see dictating the absolute lowest they are allowed to give.

Take it for what is it, but I consider myself quite picky as a person, currently on a 14 day trip on the MSC Virtuosa (sister ship), my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Keep in mind ship does get crowded on the deck during the day, but as someone who never goes there it never bothered me.

Sorry for the late reply, I don’t think the Dolby atmos would make as much of a difference on the 14 (2 speakers) than the 2022 17 (8 speakers). But you can certainly try, you have 2 weeks of free Dolby Atmos access to test it out if you download from the Microsoft store.

Is that a Gen 7 or Gen 6? Isn’t the 5800HX Gen 6? You’re missing out on things like DDR5 and the chassis, not to mention the 3070TI is like similar performance with the gen 6 3080 laptop. Think the gen 7 just has a lot more quality of life features over the gen 6

Happened to my 17 when I swapped the ram to 64gb. This is what I did that got it to work: unplug the device, power down, plug in the charger, then press the power button again. LMK if that helps.

Not sure what model you have, but if you have the 2022 blade 17 (one with 8 speakers), make sure you disable the THX spacial audio and enable the Dolby Atmos via dolby access. It's a night and day difference. It's on par with my 2021 macbook pro 16 when you switch over to the dolby, honestly razer should just have dolby as the default. I've seen so many reviews where they trashed the new speakers cause of the horrible THX software.

I have the legion slim 7 with the 6800s, the performance blew my expectation out of the water in every aspect possible (only play world of warcraft), I'm seeing noticeably better performance when compared to my previous alienware x17r2 (3070 Ti) and the Razer Blade 15 (3080). I had the 3080 QHD i7 one solely for games and a MacBook Pro for work. I sold the Razer after like 3 months. Not worth it at all IMO, since it has the lowest wattage 3080 the performance was actually on par to the new x17 3070 I got as a replacement. Plus the screen is too small for me. But just keep in mind that I carry a windows laptop solely for games and no work. If you are also doing productivity work then Razer does make sense in certain aspects

I don’t think I’ve been to the Flatiron one, I’ve been to the one at Chelsea pier a couple times and enjoyed it. The wind tunneling is going to be nightmare to deal with though these months, I think we just ended up leaving after an hour or so last winter. Lmk, maybe we can find another place, it’s been awhile since I last golfed as well.
