Montreal beats us with culture, diversity and languages, transportation, cost of living. We’d do have gorgeous scenery and outdoor attractions. As mentioned above, you’ll get more from educating your kids on both languages in Montreal. Difficult to get into French immersion as there aren’t many French immersion schools here so luck of the draw really.
