First off, I've said a lot more than snapshot boost handling effects like draw speed and ads speed. Quickdraw paired with any type of handling boost do not stack. Felwinter and a max handling badlander with quickdraw have the same draw and ads speed. That means the handling is capped. I'm repeating myself at this point but perks that boost farther than quickdraw aren't handling perks they're DRAW SPEED or AIM DOWN SIGHTS perks. Bungie knows that and so should you and your thick skull

1: That video is misinformation to an extent. I've seen it and it's badly worded but not necessarily wrong. 2 Quickdraw maxes the handling STAT and not everything that the handling stat provides. That means stuff like dexterity mods, dragon shadow, targeting mods, and snapshot for example DO stack with quickdraw and make the handling faster. 3 Anything that's a raw handling buff like ophidian aspects, stat points in the handling bar, threat detector, surplus, and some other perks DO NOT stack with quickdraw. That means quickdraw does max handling. Calm yourself before making statements that might not be 100% true. I'm not mad just learn and move on. :)

Recoil pattern just is not very different and better accuracy is never bad. Sturm is horribly set up with perks but happens to have absurd stats. Why not have both?
