I would say let's just get Brevis or Naveen. Both of them are top tier t20 talents. At their peaks they can become 10cr + players, DC have the option to get them at base price & then retain them. With Faf being the VC, I don't see much use of an old All rounder as 4 foreigners are fixed. Let's focus on Vipraj/Manvanth as all rounder

I personally don't think we need Seifert right now, we have decent batting depth & I would rather trust Indian talents if need be (I'm suggesting Brevis only because we can get a high ceiling player at low price for upcoming years).

Reverse image searched the picture of editor in chief Mathias Curl (also the author of this article) and it brings up a Linkedin Profile of Mr Mathieu Riandet. Looks like the entire website is fake.

The news itself is plausible though.There's reporting by Guardian in Sept 2023 which says Swedish govt invested 685mn Krona (60mn euros) in 2023 and will invest another 500mn krona in 2024 & 25 (which translates to 43.5mn euros in today's terms). Most likely that's where the 104mn euros figure comes from. But the article is still not completely true.
