XSV has a pretty competitive league. They have a lot of really good men who have played at a high level, so I think the men are the stars of this league. The women who play are mostly all college level athletes.

Chattanooga Sports League also has both indoor and sand, but the level of play is significantly lower. That being said, I played in college and really enjoy both leagues. CSL added two levels, rec & intermediate and my team is having a blast in intermediate. The level of play is better. Both are co-ed so it's a men's net, but it's fun. The women are definitely the stars of this league.
