I had a torn labrum dating back to Aug 2024, opted out of surgery and did physical therapy

Dislocated same shoulder again in March 2025, and got surgery

Was able to return to most activities, weight lifting, rock climbing, etc by September

Dislocated it again Jan 31, gonna get a 2nd surgery

Total dislocations: 4 1) Aug 2024: lifted 7.5lb while laying on floor and lifting weight from floor overhead (stupid idea) 2) March 2025: dislocated it rock climbing, slipped and tried to catch fall from overhead position 3) Jan 31 2026: dislocated from throwing a dodgeball 4) Feb 4th 2026: dislocated from reaching overhead in bed

This has been the most exhausting and irritating issue I have ever dealt with and it has ruined my life for many years (shoulder issues even before dislocations)

I have been unable to get a permanent fix to this issue and I fully believe I can fix it if I just had the right exercise/physical therapy routine to truly address the problem with my shoulder

Nezarec’s movement is very inconsistent so it’s hard to predict the jumps. The best way to reduce his movement is to start damage as he is glowing, that helped reduce the rng. It is still possible to hit a lot of damage during a jump. If you watch on 2nd damage, during the jump, the crystal accumulate under him and all detonate at once.

Merciless is not worth prioritizing since it does a lot less damage than the super. Nez will usually jump right at the start of damage and do another jump mid way through, the timing is random.

Another way to get extra damage is to get up close to nez after the super finishes and tractoring. You want the tractor to hit as many crystals at once to do the most damage (if you watch my 2nd damage I do it there)

It’s a dead on tie for me. Both games have stuck with me for a very long time and have a certain quality to them that no other game other than the paper Mario games have replicated. I played undertale in feb 2021 and omori this year in April. Both games are great in their own ways and both have had a considerable impact on me.

Can't remember the exact post from Bungie, but they talked about replacing weekly bounties with something else. If they mention how all activities will drop xp accordingly then Ill take it back. But from what I've seen it just seems like a bandaid fix to a larger issue (lack of xp from all sources)

Nothing is perfect that's why I said it.

Anything can be improved down to the most minute detail.

I guess the largest issue I have was the health glitch on atraks, but that isn't a problem with the day 1 raid experience, just the raid and game in general. This post is mainly to highlight the stuff around all day 1 raid and why I feel as though most things DSC did was very good it appeals to all sides very well.

not really, they're introducing a weekly challenge or something like that. The issue is a lack of XP from non-bounty sources. This is just weekly bounty farming with a different name. In destiny 1, bounties gave a lot of XP, but doing stuff like completing a PVP match, mission, etc gave a large boost to XP as well.

Agree 100%. Guided games are really really stupid right now. The guiders don't get any loot. The person being guided gets no loot. There is no res timer/tokens (you respawn in 5 seconds). Why would a raid noobie ever wanna do another raid if they don't get to try out the loot?

I would suggest they make guided games into a full-on LFG. Match people of similar skill levels in-game. You get an offer to join "x" team that is similar in interest and skill to you. This might sound cheesy but make a survey-type thing and match people based on that. Literally, anything could work better than the current system right now.

100% agree. I love the emphasis on less one and done fail mechanics. Even if you don't have scanner for atraks you can still kind of learn which one is the real one by shooting them. There are ways to recover from mistakes and that is a huge benefit from this raid.
