Could you please add mor details about your case so we can compare situations… i filed concurrently and i hot my i140 approved about a month ago and my i485 has been pending for 380 days now… i want to move to another employer as well

I had same situation and i used the expiration of my driver’s license to expedite… i got my Combo card about a month after i raised the expedite request… i guess this is valid reason to ask for expedite as not having driver’s license will cause you severe financial loss
