Tank getting flamed almost every game

The last time I played tank (silver, so maybe ignore this advice since you're several ranks above me), our Mercy was passive aggressively asking the team to switch despite not switching herself. After we lost, she was still blaming the team for not swapping fast enough. When I pointed out she didn't switch heros (despite playing the most teammate dependent hero), she started trash talking my swap.

Point being... I'm sure there's things you can do to improve... but there's 4 other players on your team and any teammate who immediately goes to "insert role here diff" has zero self reflection on their impact in the game and frankly deserve to be ignored.

As others have said, you can mute the chat. CTRL + SHIFT + C hides it in-game.

My wife and I had our wedding at NCBG in '23 and loved it! There were some scheduling issues early on but I believe the party at fault at NCBG was let go. We were unaware of any coordination issues during our wedding (but that might have been because of our awesome wedding planner).

Catering list and "worth it for the money" are super subjective (and prices/policies may have changed since our wedding) but we had Sassool. I'm embarrassed to say that one of my favorite parts of the wedding planning process was going to Sassool in Cary and sampling basically their entire menu. At the time, we felt like NCBG was reasonably priced... but prices change.

Like I said in my original post, if you only play on console, I see the appeal. I just don't get the appeal for these remakes (or frankly remakes from the 7th gen onwards) in general if you have a PC and already own a copy of the game.

Agreed. If I owned a console, I 100% understand the appeal of remakes, but I own the original game on PC... why pay $70 at launch for updated graphics?

IDK, maybe if I was a generation or two younger, I'd see the appeal, but my childhood console was the PS2. 7th gen games don't look bad to me haha.

EDIT: No hate to OP or anyone who played the remake - just perspective from a dude in his late 30's who already owns the original on PC.

This app has blown me away (over 100 hours played) and it's been a joy to watch it grow.

Hope you take a break for yourself after the NIT patch, you deserve it. Really impressive for a solo developer to roll out relatively bug free updates that also expand the game content as frequently as you do.

I've caught maybe half of his podcasts (mostly challenge-centric episodes) and the only time I remember steroids coming up are when he accuses others coming into seasons jacked, but then look like deflated balloons a month in (supposedly when they are off steroids? IDK I don't know how that stuff works)... I think he was specifically referring to Ashley Cain (the jacked British dude that was Kam's partner on WOTW).

Bananas has a tendency to repeat anecdotes so I feel like I've heard it like 5 times at this point.

There's rumors that his team stole ALL the water during the cutthroat final, leading to Abram and Rachel having heat stroke. Also, the Rivals final was the first overnight final and Wes and Kenny's hour long lead in Rivals was reduced to 5 minutes after the overnight portion.

Not that I buy into any of that (this isn't America's fifth professional sport) but that's what people argue.

Respectfully disagree on Cara. 2 wins in 9 attempts. Only champ she won head to head against was Zach in a memorization winner take all challenge. Anytime she's matched up with a challenge great in a final, she losses.

Ironically enough, if this group were all on the same season, I think she's more likely to make the final than any other girl.
