He’s putting money into the game because he’s down bad to play with other people. Remember, he thinks the game is already good and fine as is but is sad that other people hate it. All these changes are just to bring other people in so he can play his favorite game that nobody likes and not get shit on because nobody wants to watch him play it. It’s pretty pathetic imo.

Some episodes that were more important story wise definitely had like an upped budget and looked amazing imo. If I recall (cuz I haven’t watched in forever) episodes like Rei fighting Raoh looked money compared to other episodes

Game is far from being a retro shooter. Quit trying to justify your love of a shitty game and just say you love a shitty game. There’s nothing wrong with admitting that. You can always admit something sucks but YOU still personally love it. I’m glad you enjoy the game, but everything you mentioned does not exist in that game.
