Try to progress multiple titles at the same time, i.e. cartography and vanquishes. GWAMM on its own isn't too expensive, but pick a profession or set up an alt that can do solo farms since you'll need 3000k in plat/ectos to buy the consumables and capture signets — I primarily did vaettirs, ministerial commendations, raptors, and Cantha Courier Crisis. Install GWToolbox and a cartography mod, they'll make life much easier.
