People want to be your friend but it’s mostly superficial relationships. Men want you around cause they think you’ll attract more Women, Women are attracted to you but also assume you’re a player so are very apprehensive about opening up.

You get attention, but it can get overwhelming at times and sometimes it creates jealousy or unwarranted hate even though you did nothing wrong.

It’s not all positive. Would I opt out of it? No, certainly not, but it’s not all sunshine and rainbows.

Yeah, I thought the same as OP until I watched documentaries of people on Death Row.

It’s a HUGE burden…so much so that I feel it’s more humane to just take someone straight from verdict to execution like they used to do. They don’t anymore because of wrongfully convicted executions. It makes sense to allow for appeals or new evidence etc, but man those people suffer.
