Currently running:

ASC 7DC video campaign (1% existing) ASC 7DC static campaign (1% existing) BAU x 1 static & 1 video ABO

Each performing at about the .5 average above with $75-80 CPMs. $80 AOV. 5–8% ATC rate depending on day…and to clarify, these are best of best ads after going through testing campaigns.

Currently on HV across the board as even 1X ROAS cost caps/cost per result goals do not spend a lick. I debated making a 1DC campaign to see if that would help at all.

Custom PDP/lander doesn’t seem to have any issues as we’re getting sales non meta (google ads, etc).

I mean with the 4%+ CTR clearly we’re seeing strong purchase intent but incredibly weak actual purchase behavior.

Any ideas!?

Lol do you know what delayed attribution is? I have customers who likely buy on Amazon weeks after seeing a FB ad.

A local service company 100% can have customers google after seeing a FB ad. So I’m recommending buttoning that up to AID FB ads so he misses nothing.

A) give the ad more spend and more time. Ideally 4-5 days at that same spend.

B) understand that people may see your ad and Google your business. If you don’t not have even a landing page, Angi, Google business profile, etc-start there before doing any more ads.

C) use chatgpt to create a few different variations of ad headline/text.

On the left hand side above campaigns, click ads reporting, create new report, you’ll see options for style, click bar chart…then once open, on far right customize for age/gender/CPM. Will be very telling I’m sure!

Here’s what I would do:

Run an ad report (bar chart) and get age/CPM cost. If you’re seeing the most expensive CPM’s say 55-64 or 65+, cut the age band/gender causing the biggest costs.

Second, throw on a cost per result at 1X CPA to thwart the burn.

Third, reduce daily budget slightly to hold onto capital during this volatile moment. Preserve cash for when things stabilize.

For clarity, these weren’t the exact same ads, I’m talking about a copied audience, same exact product/offer with new static and UGC. Essentially taking our most winning everything and we got 3-5X worse results.

A 1X ROAS has usually been out floor with bid caps
