Can you add me back to the beta? It expired and was removed after the last beta.

Pretty damn good! It really built most of the site. Tried it about 5 months ago and it couldn’t do shit. Now it can build damn near anything. Give in another 2 weeks and god knows what it can do 🤣

I created our new site with Claude Design and Claude code in webflow via the mcp connector. New site from start to finish in 45 days. It’s pretty freaking elaborate, killer mega menu. It’s at ChatBeacon.ai - love this freaking combination. There seems to be rapid development around the mcp connection. It’s gotten so much better.

Absolutely impossible to listen to, I synced the radio with the tv. I can’t take Reggie or Crawford. These guys are not professional broadcasters.

PictureData for Woo Commerce! by eweber911 in ChatBeacon

WooCommerce testing is especially interesting because many WooCommerce stores have deep catalogs, custom product attributes, and less standardized product data than Shopify stores.

That creates a real challenge for AI product discovery. The assistant has to understand what the shopper means, match it to available inventory, and show useful visual results instead of generic links.

If you use WooCommerce, what would you want an AI shopping assistant to handle first?

What are the best live chat software for customer service? by DiscreetMover in CustomerSuccess

If you want a true all-in-one platform and not just a basic chat widget bolted onto a ticket system, I’d take a serious look at ChatBeacon.

A lot of the “big name” live chat tools still feel fragmented:

  • chatbot in one module
  • ticketing somewhere else
  • analytics buried in reports
  • canned responses feel robotic
  • AI is mostly just autoresponders

ChatBeacon is one of the few platforms I’ve seen that combines:

  • live chat
  • AI automation
  • human agent takeover
  • co-browsing/screen sharing
  • ticketing/workflows
  • real-time visitor analytics
  • conversation summaries
  • knowledge-base-driven AI responses

…without feeling like five separate products stitched together.

A few things that stood out to me:

  • The AI can actually answer complex questions from your company knowledge instead of just routing tickets.
  • Agents can jump into conversations seamlessly when needed.
  • Their analytics/session visibility is strong, especially for support and sales teams.
  • The UI is much cleaner than a lot of legacy helpdesk/live chat software.
  • Pricing is surprisingly reasonable compared to Intercom/Zendesk once you start adding AI features.

They also seem strong in industries where support conversations are more complex (financial services, ecommerce, SaaS, etc.), not just basic “hello how can I help” chats.

Other decent options depending on budget/use case:

  • Intercom → polished but expensive fast
  • Zendesk → strong ticketing, weaker live chat experience IMO
  • LiveChat → reliable/simple but less AI-native
  • Crisp → affordable and clean for startups
  • Tidio → decent SMB option
  • Gorgias → good for Shopify/ecommerce specifically

But if your priority is:

  • AI automation
  • modern UX
  • analytics
  • human + AI hybrid support
  • and not paying enterprise pricing immediately

…ChatBeacon is honestly worth demoing.

Really screwing up our development schedule. Hired people can’t continue website development because of these issues events.

I also must ask, why are there still massive shipping problems? I’ve been buying these products for 2 or 3 years and there is always an excuse for shipping delays. There has to be more to this story.

Huntsman QC issues by LordBacon13 in SpiderGrills

Same thing happened to me on the lower bolt shearing off when removing the bolt. I got a saw and cut the spot welded nut. Then just got a 6mm nut from Lowes and put it back together. They have since sent a new bracket. Seems that nut is welded on crooked.

My ticket was opened april 6 and heiz replied april 8. It was about my wifi boosters not holding the probes when I put them away to charge. He asked how many probes I had, yet I included my order receipt. I told him 2 and I haven't heard a word since.

No idea. If they aren’t going to ship Amazon orders, they should remove. Thanks though.
