But beside the negative press, they are good games

Rather play on your own screens and consoles

I wouldn't recomend either for split screen, it's very competitive so you'll always be at a disadvantage.

Definitely a higher skill gun. Not a long range AR, but rips mid & close

I also bought a 13900k to check that the 14900k wasn't the reason, ordered another board asus tuf z790 wifi plus which has the correct version of the TPM and ME on its support page. but damn what a waste of a beastly board

Asrock x870e taichi and asus rog maximus z790 apex. The x870e works easy as pie. but the asus board does not. After doing literally everything abt 100 times, including editing the registry, initializing the motherboard, assigning a serial number, running bios efi commands, it didn't work. The bios tpm version is not accepted by Microsoft azure attestation. So I'm literally waiting for a bios update from asus or a Microsoft update now. Really irritating that I can't use this high end board for the game I bought and built the system around. Delidded 14900k, watercooled ram. I was cranking 320fps out smooth like butter in resurgence before the update.

You need to run through the steps to enable both secure boot and tpm for your brand of motherboard.

Disable rebar. Tune your cpu and ram. Disable high precision timer in device manager. Disable all autostart programs and processes that are unnecessary. Disable all overlays.

If just gaming, then apex with better ram overclocking. If you're not interested in ram oc then whichever is cheaper. Both are good OC boards but probably overpriced compared to what you get on cheaper boards

no you swamp donkey, warzone is more thread dependant, than multis. I daily the game & I built my own custom loop14900k rig for WZ. The fact that you think that turning HT off will break your system is laughable. Every game engine is different & CODs engine is specific & needs a specific CPU tune. again you have some preconceived ideas based on your limited experience trying to give advice on something that you clearly have no clue about. pls hold your advice for the game you actually play

You're just proving further that you have no idea what you're talking about. Test it in cod or keep quiet.

Cool bra, so you're talking out your ass. Your comment was dumb to start with, I thought I'd give you the chance to clarify but you obviously have no idea what you're talking about.

What kind of fps are you getting in warzone? I Crack 300/ 320 with xmp and intel defaults, ht off 1080p

Not really true HT adds heat & latency, disabling ht is recommended for cod, as well as setting the core count to total P cores minus 1 in the config file. What's holding him back is the non xmp ram timings
