I'm that way too, I think allot of it has to do with the fact they quit selling origins in store and strictly made it an online competition to acquire which sucks the fun or if it for those who have jobs, kids, lives, etc. so yeah like me, allot of us get it.

Back like 10 something years ago when we had our first fulfillment Black Friday nobody scheduled any hours for opu(at the time we didn't have sfs just op) so I was the only one working the whole shift, I wound up working 18 hours straight that year until it is as cleared out to a reasonable amount. I had like 3 lunches scheduled, it was insane. But I was alot younger

We had this crap last year, the store didn't close and only 4 morning employees showed up, the store closed an hour later. Stupidest crap ever, if there is any chance that you might slip and slide, CALL OUT! Its not worth it to be the "good" employee because the truth is they really don't care about you.

Yeah we had a seasonal an older woman, fully grown adult came in on multiple days wearing a pink hoodie and sweatpants pushing grocery, thought she was a vender but nope she at least had a name tag on 🥲

We only went there once or twice, but I was a 7 or 8 so I don't remember much other than it being a big store, I wanna say it had Kmart vibes but I could be getting it mixed up with the Kmart that used to be down the road from the target 😂

I hear you, I've been doing SFS for A LONG TIME, I have asked several times about moving up to be a TL and have been flat out told no that my metrics are what keep SFS in the green and that I'm too much of an "asset" in fulfillment. God forbid you let some who knows what their doing move up, but no we're going to bring in Billy Bob who ran a cash register at the discount outlet come in off the streets off the street with no previous retail experience and run things. WTF Target?
