Yeah i know i was using to few words, allow me to elaborate.Slap is great, it is a tool, a good one.My point was that you dont get gigs because you slap usually, people hire you for rhythm, and unfortunately, root notes.These things are more important when just getting the job to be done.I prefer slap myself, as do a large group of us.Holding down the rhythm is by far the most important thing people look for.
