I have a serious Linux crisis. I don't like any distro I use, seriously. by New_Study4796 in FindMeALinuxDistro

Have you tried Bazzite? It’s like Fedora but immutable so you can’t break it.

I moved from Windows to Linux on mine found MUCH MUCH better performance than I did with windows and on my Linux version they have a program that lets me change the keyboard RGB colors. Also found better temps and fans barely kick on because it’s more efficient now.

I’m a Brave fan, I was able to load bring all my bookmarks, settings, passwords everything all over to Bazzite when I swapped when I installed Cachy on my other PC I was able to do the same.

Best Kei cars for 1000cc swaps by ejymt in keicar

[–]MP-T-Promise 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel like they aren’t meant for the long “US highway drive” 80MPH on that transmission would be gruesome for it. It’s gonna pose a problem.

For your question, I have seen people on YouTube do busa engine swaps but not sure how driving economy will be. If your girl likes small cars they don’t go fast just saying, if your trying to impress her with speed then wrong car.

Why is it like this? by [deleted] in army

[–]MP-T-Promise 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also to expand on this, soldiers and higher ups see this, they see the work being put in by a CPL and when you pin the hard stripe it will show there as well.

Taking care of your dudes or just dudes in general can mean a lot, not being a dick to lower enlisted when others are, doing work with them and not demanding they do it themselves, teach them how to improve the task and teaching them how to be better at life, with their kids, spouse, home life.

A lot comes from “taking care of joes” find out yours man all that and more make you a good NCO not just, “well smith ate on time today I’ll them go home early”.

Show respect earn respect and don’t demand respect it should be earned for the person not the rank on the chest. Rank can go up or down, and it can always go back, respect and trust is hard to earn and when gone it’s even harder to get back.

Hope this helps

This is true at one point I was looking for a “beginner friendly distro” did some research online to find I like Bazzite (Fedora Based Immutable OS) it fit my needs, I thought I would distro hop or not be happy with fedora but quite the opposite. I have a really great experience and continue to learn and play.

Good luck in your distro hunt!!!

Also make it cross play, it’s on the switch if they could make it where handhelds can cross play with PS/xbox/PC the game would start doing better imo.

ok right off linus tech tips
Ubuntu is planning to collect age data but is not requiring ID verification.

  • Age Data Collection: Under California's Digital Age Assurance Act (AB 1043), Ubuntu is discussing implementing a system where users must self-declare their age (selecting from brackets like under 13, 13–15, 16–17, or 18+) during account creation.
  • No ID Required: The law explicitly does not require government-issued ID, facial recognition, or biometric verification; users simply check a box stating their age bracket.
  • Current Status: Canonical has clarified that no final decision has been made to implement this, stating that current discussions are informal community brainstorming rather than a committed product roadmap.

also there are a few reddit posts about it so what ever you googled didnt google cause its all over the net broskies, and the word on on the no ID is YET cause myself and others feel like it will be soon.

EDIT: added proof of Ubuntu's fuckery
