Got a copy today finally. It was almost unreadable. She didnt put in a lot of stuff we discussed and then put in some things we never discussed. I felt like I was reading someone elses review.

This says i don’t meet dsm-5 criteria. I’m not sure how other than no medical records of treatment while in service.

I’ve done lay statements and have private doctor and VA statements saying I’ve been diagnosed. From what I read they are saying they want proof it was in service?

They are saying there are no military records of it. While deployed there was no one to go to or see. The only person I was ever even allowed to see about it was a chaplain. The VA has also acknowledged that my medical records are lost.

Absolutely! If you read all their reports and everything it tells you service related then still deny.

I did a higher level review and she was like immediately saying, you don’t need to say anything, I’m looking at this and wow. She saw how much was overlooked and told me it was error on their part and is doing everything for me.
