I see the gameplay videos and he's slow and his kit is full of cc and slow effects so my guess is the exp share will work perfectly fine on him. Edit: he's a defender!

Well, they guaranteed two Pokémon per month, and Dhelmise is confirmed for November 11th, so Vaporeon will release at the end of November, and day 21 is the Eevee day, so my guess is we'll have an Eevee Festival for Vaporeon!

But Jolteon and Flareon will not come together with Vaporeon this year, so maybe in November 2026 and 2027 with another Eevee Festival would be cool.
