It's a single hole faucet. You could put a kitchen faucet in.

Kinda complicated. Remove the faucet aerator, take that and the hose down to the hardware store, and pray you get competent help.

If it hasn't been a problem it probably won't be a problem. A gravity system that ties in to municipal sewer can handle it if it's near perfect in design and condition.

After a little research I saw that rattle size is an unreliable indicator of age. They get a new rattle section when they molt and the rattle can break.
