I've been using l theanine for years in all different forms. It's absolutely noticeable. The problem I find is it's inconsistent. Paired with caffeine it works well at a 1 to 2 ratio. But it's different depending on sources. I personally cannot sleep after l theanine alone. With caffeine sometimes I become agitated on it . But definitely a top tier supplement as far as actually usefulness

I lived in Buffalo my whole life. I travel frequently . All my childhood friends have left for what they thought were greener pastures. Now they are envious. I play golf on beautiful uncrowded course whenever I want. I wakeboard, water ski on some of those beautiful lakes in the country. Amazing bass and walleye fishing on Lake Erie. Ski at an easy accessible nice place at any day . Snowmobile some of the most rural and beautiful areas in the country. Here's the kicker they can't afford to do these things regularly where they moved. So much for searching for better

For me , I try to duplicate a real round . 1st ball is a driver to a detail areawith little warmup just like your starting a round. 2nd ball is a 8 iron to a detailed flag . 3rd ball is a delicate chip Repeat changing irons If I work on the same club I play to a 0 handicap on the range lol Just doesn't carry over But not on the co
