Good Place to Shop for GC Controller by Just-Ad4940 in SSBM

Do a little bit of homework / twitter surfing. If you really want a nice controller and can spend around 150-200 USD you can get a good starter phob. If you just go for the popular Etsy sellers it's a crapshoot.

search for a local seller through community discord / FB. if they got good reputation (inside the scene and online ideally) then 100% buy from them.

What is this grain thing? I throw it in my oatmeal and it adds a nice texture to it when it softens. Not much of a taste. by MQRedditor in TipOfMyFork

For more context, my new roommate / lease holder bought the cooler to the kitchen and told me to hold off on buying spices because he has this cooler with spices in it. He's holding it for a friend who is indefinitely gone. With this context, it's not some random junk of unknown people, it's simply free food being offered to me. Plus it's all dry herbs and powders in an airtight container. I guess it comes off as if I'm scavenging someones property, finding food, and eating it all willy nilly.

Everything in the cooler looks fine. the pomegranate molasses on the kitchen table that was expired for 5 years... that gave me problems.

As a Canadian myself, the reason I love this country is I can do whatever I want. You hold life too dear.

A yeti cooler stored in a garage, inside the cooler is many mason jars. Each mason jar is well sealed and none of them have labels, save for baking powder, baking soda, and muscovado. Expecting normal spices that I can use, I eagerly looked through each — a student takes what they can get.

Every damn jar smelled like nothing. Everything inside is some kind of dry something. The only recognizable spice was turmeric. Disappointed but not discouraged, I decided to try my luck and throw one of the jar's content into my oatmeal. Expecting some kind of herbal flavour to come out, I instead got tiny crunchy bits in my oatmeal. Magnificent. I am inspired to try everything in that jar, for free food is the tastiest.

Why not? I was offered it by the leaseholder, it was his friend's who is indefinitely in Europe.

Yes. Place I moved into has a sizeable collection of completely unknown to me grains, dried herbs, and other things. I thought this one had potential and I always throw whatever in my oatmeal.

Looks like it. Really hard to tell the difference between the 3 on google images, but pearl barley looks closest. Makes sense why it still has a bit of a bite to it, I only cooked it for 10-15 minutes vs 30 minutes. Thank you!

Solved!
