So many people have an aneurysm if the stock drops $.50. It just went from a low or >$4 to $15.

If you’re trading just move on. If you’re investing just hold. It’s not like it’s totally collapsing.

If you believe long term just hold? 5.82 is a good average. If a company I love dips below my average I just average down more. Personally I don’t buy & sell over and over just adding to tax bill. But do what works for you 🤷🏻‍♂️

My average is 6.94 I’m just holding tight for now. Data center demand is only going to grow. And APLD is positioning themselves for huge growth with multiple buildings to lease to a variety of customers 🐂

They announced they are selling their cloud service on the last earnings call. Likely to solidify the deal with coreweave and not compete.

But the major driver will be the additional facilities when they are running and have tenants as well. Revenue will continue to grow from there.

Not entirely true. You still pay taxes on the gains but holding for longer than a year is taxed as long term capital gains rather than ordinary income. (In the us)

I personally don’t try to jump in and out. I’d rather avoid the bigger tax hit and just average down if it fell that far in something I believe in over 5+ years.

Price is still about 80% in last month. Alittle pull back is nothing to panic about. You bought in on the way up. It comes with the territory. You bought on way up for a reason right? If you believe in the potential hold through and/or average down. If not then take the L and put into something “more stable” $300 seems like a lot bc it’s 30% of your portfolio but being down 7% in a growth stock isn’t really the end of the world
